Despite rising regulatory demands, nearly 25% of companies still lack formal compliance training, and over one-third of employees admit to merely skimming the materials (Teachfloor). As compliance becomes increasingly complex, HR professionals must take the lead in driving effective training initiatives.

This webinar explores key regulatory areas that HR teams are responsible for managing. We’ll offer strategies for assessing and selecting impactful compliance training—whether built in-house or outsourced—while also sharing guidance on how to ensure delivery is engaging and meaningful. Additionally, we’ll cover how to weave inclusion and diversity principles into your compliance framework for a more comprehensive and culturally aware approach.
