Our Presenter is Jocelyn Tan, the CEO and founder of Sisu VR. In this session, Jocelyn will talk about how interviewer bias can create unfair standards when evaluating candidates. Implicit biases are created from experience, such as liking a candidate because you’re both originally from Michigan. We’ll be discussing the importance of acknowledging bias and offer some tips on how to ensure it does not impact your interviewing and selection process.
