Neurodiversity in Hiring and Employment

During this insightful session you will learn how to transform the way you lead by learning how to better support neurodivergent employees.  Neu·ro·di·ver·gent | sometimes abbreviated as ND, means having a brain that functions in ways that diverge significantly from the dominant societal standards of “normal.”  Our presenter will be Cait Russell, Director of Neurodiversity Employment Network; she “believe[s] strongly that neurodiversity is a crucial part of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and [she is] proud to be a part of the mission to further inclusion in the workplace.”
